Kitchen: Well-equipped with granite worktops, ceramic hob/stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Master Bedroom: Large double/queen with plush mattress topper, feather duvet and pillows. View of mountains. Full-length patio doors which open directly onto south-facing balcony. Wardrobe with ample storage and hanging space for clothing. Mirror and bench for seating.
Guest Bedroom Two: Two single beds with plush mattress toppers, feather duvets and pillows. Full-length mirror and wardrobe with ample storage and hanging space for clothing. Benches at the foot of each bed for seating.
Guest Bedroom Three: Two single beds with plush mattress toppers, feather duvets and pillows. Triple wardrobe with ample storage and hanging space for clothing. Desk/dressing table with chair. Large mirror. Bench for seating.
Bathroom: Two sinks, large walk-in shower and heated towel rack. Hair dryer also provided. Washing machine and separate tumble dryer are fitted into the bathroom.
Baby Gear: High chair and portable crib available upon request.
Storage:Locked room on ground floor provides locked storage for skis, boots and sledges/sleds in winter and mountain bikes or other sports equipment in summer.
Parking: Private covered parking (space #3) on the side of the building. Additional visitor parking spaces next to the building.
Check-In: Self check-in with lock box key. Our local manager (speaks English, German and Portuguese) will meet with you after arrival to answer any questions. She will be available by phone if you need anything during your stay.
Complimentary starter kit: kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry soap, hotel-style set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and two rolls of toilet paper.
Linens included. Tourist taxes included. End-of-stay cleaning 120 euros.
